Configure the policy value for Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Network -> TCPIP Settings -> IPv6 Transition Technologies -> “IP-HTTPS State” to “Enabled: Disabled State”.

Note: "IPHTTPS URL:" must be entered in policy even if set to Disabled State, enter “about:blank”.
